1.Tracking and Reviewing Business Performance Metrics
2.Tracking and Reviewing key initiatives and improvement actions
3.Documenting decisions and action items from staff meetings and reviews and ensuring follow through to completion
4.Proactively scheduling regular reviews of for key initiatives, businesses and functions at suitable intervals
5.Maintaining schedule of regular reviews with MD and VC and ensuring that preparatory work is completed on time ahead of the reviews
6.Helping prepare and/collate metrics dashboards and slides for reviews with MD and VC
7.Follow-up with respective leaders for status of key initiatives
8.Ensure usage of standard metrics and review templates
