A student of Economics and Management he has done Advanced program in Strategic Management from IIMC. He is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the IMCI.

Backed by over 2 decades of Executive Recruitment, Search & HR background, Aditi manages the overall operations at TASK and focuses mainly on the Volume SBU consisting of RPO and large volume business. A well known professional in the recruitment Industry, Aditi derives and designs the process systems within the organization.

She has graduated in Commerce and holds a Post graduate Diploma in Human Resources. Aditi has held the position of Co Convener of Gujarat chapter of ERA in the past.

A Biotechnology Engineer with a Masters in Research - Biomedical Sciences (Molecular Genetics) from the University of Glasgow, Aaron has further equipped himself in management with a PGC in Business Management from MICA. After spending over an year with TCS in its Life Sciences division, Aaron joined the business in 2018. As a new entrant in the Leadership team ,he directs & drives the new business verticals in TASK.

Backed by over 2 decades of experience including about 12+ years of Corporate HR functions in Pharmaceuticals, Auto Ancillary, Consumer Durable companies and over a decade of Executive Search experience, Alpa heads the Value SBU of TASK consisting of Executive Recruitment & Search divisions.

Graduated in Commerce, she has a Masters in Personnel Management & HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
