Drive TW Top Up Business for Pan India locations. Front end Management through Fulfilment agencies / CSMs , E2E tracking of field activities for increasing TOP Up business , churning data and final conversion of Business thru CSMs / Fulfilment agencies.
1. Identify, engage and execute fulfilment agency appointments for TW Top up for the company, monitor and oversee the progress of activities planned with the help of the sales team/ local team
2. E2E Coordination with CSMs / ASMs for lead conversions & increase in Top Up Business.

3. To ensure E2E robust lead management/ lead generation capturing and tracking of business origination by CC and publish the same to stake holders on daily/ weekly and on monthly basis
4. Identify gaps and help develop product offerings / process changes with the help of other dept. Operations on an on-going basis, basis the field requirements and monitor / report progress
5. Analysis with credit / analytics for better offers & look up for business growth opportunities.

6. Regular interaction and liaising with external/ internal customers for effective implementation of processes, simplify processes and ensure activities planned and are well supported i.e. by way of SMS’s emailers, etc. and drive conversions with the help of regional sales team
7. Work closely with the IT and Infra Teams for development of new WEB based, Mobile based platforms to simplify processing of new business generation, customers approvals, promote new schemes and tracking of business
