Summary Role Profile
1.Handle collection analysis.
2.Prepare & Publish analytical reports for Sr. Management.
3.Develop strong reporting base.
4.Set up trend analysis and forecasting module.
5.Prepare database for presentation for Sr. Management.
6.Analytical skills & ability to interpret data.
7.Handle large amount of data.
8.Special Drives / Focus areas reports for field.
9.Prepare data for appraisals.
10.Prepare Adhoc reports for management.
11.Resolve data / process related queries from field especially for senior level employees.
12.Knowledge of any programming language, SQL & Excel is must.
13.SPOC person for Collection & Legal related projects.
14.Should take initiatives for setup new process / projects.
15.Should have knowledge of end to end Collection process.
16.Play role of Technical support for team.
17.Good interaction with Sr. Management.
18.Should work under extreme pressure & tight deadlines.
