Job Descripion

a. Scheduling Internal & External meetings, events for the team
b. Manage travel arrangements for the project teams (Air, Hotel & Car bookings)
c. Manage the entry passes/ permissions to the client location (factory or office)
d. Support project team in Coordination/Correspondence in project related work
e. Manage general administrative activities of projects as and when required
f. Expense Management
g. Time sheet Management
h. Database Management (filing of documents/reports)
i. Work as a team with other AA’s as backup
