This one is a great facilitative app to interview the promising candidate. It enables you to send across the candidates set questions from your smartphones. Candidate can very easily, video record their responses and send them back to the recruiters from their smartphones, and can be viewed at the recruiter’s convenience. This app is only available on iPhone, but it has a higher value on ease of access on both the ends.
